Grant brings over 32 years of experience across the insurance industry, having held leadership roles spanning sales, product development, strategy, technology, analytics, consulting, and business operations.
Carissa Perdulovski
Chief Operating Officer
With over 18 years of experience across insurance broking, operations, technology, business analysis and consulting, Carissa brings a unique combination of frontline industry knowledge and operational expertise to the NeedCover team.
Jo Gaddes
Head of Compliance
Jo brings 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational best practice.
Vanessa Xu
General Manager
Vanessa brings five years of insurance industry experience spanning both broking and authorised representative environments.
